Kingpin shrugging off against Archangel

There's a recurring bug that makes Kingpin able to shrug off against AA and enter into Overpower Mode.

It's not meant to work like that. It clearly states in AA's abilities that each debuff on the opponent reduces purify ability accuracy by 25%. So with 4 debuffs he shouldn't be able to purify again throughout the match.

I've lost so many matches in Battlegrounds because of this. Please KABAM fix it.
