Prestige Bug - Showing Wrong Champions and Wrong Prestige in Summoner Profile

There is a bug where my summoner profile shows my incorrect prestige and my wrong (outdated) champions when other summoners view my summoner profile. Also, when I am viewing my summoner profile, my prestige is much lower than it should be. This problem started about 8 months ago and has not gone away since. This problem has been persistent and has always shown this incorrect prestige. Please help me fix this. Thank you very much!

I currently have an iPhone 11 with iOS Version 16.0.3
I have Boost Mobile as my carrier
I currently have MCOC version 36.3.1

This first image is when I view my summoner profile. As you can see I have two 6* Rank 4 Champions and a bunch of other 6* Rank 3 champions. My prestige shows 9,957, however, when I calculate my prestige with my current champions on AuntM.ai it is 13,101.



The second image comes from my brother's account where he is viewing my summoner profile from his MCOC account. As you can see when he views my summoner profile from his account, the incorrect champions are shown, along with the incorrect prestige.

Bruh his top champ is 6* R4. No way it has less pi than a 5*
