Battlegrounds froze on me!

Hey kabam! I was playing a match in battleground and my match froze on me (I will show video) this ended up making me lose the match and lose my win in silver 3 please help

As you can see form the timer it kept doing this for the whole match and I lost, My username is Ironspooder and I'm in Silver 3 no wins because of this
