BG blank screen issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
I won my 1 st match in bg and in second match as the fight start my screen went black and i lost without even playing my champ hp got to 0 and in third fight again the match start and blank screen with timer and i lost with my champ hp to 0 without playing .. attached pics for reference .. is this bug or some modder ?
