Rocket's blocking proficiency has worsened after the update. Doing some tests, before the buff using against Rol's Winter Soldier, his S2 was taking 99 on block for each hit and with shield system armor, it was taking 67 for each hit. After the buff, it keeps taking the same 99 and my Rocket is x100, there is an increase in the blocking proficiency, but in practice it is not working and with the shield system it is taking 79 in the block, there is a worsening in the block.
