when opening up your crystals

Just like many of us I opened a bunch of 6* Hero feature crystals today and I pulled out 2 Quicksilvers and after while, I went to rank him up. I noticed he wasn't awaken and I didn't get the 275 of 7* shard crystals. I sent a ticket to Kabam about this. Anyone opening a bunch of crystals, keep track of what you get. You might end up missing items that you should have received.

It is also possible you only got one, and a visual bug in the crystal opening screen made it seem like you got two. There was a recent bug like this that I believe got fixed, but it is possible it is still lurking about.

I didn't see any duplication errors when I opened crystals this morning, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen to you. I'm just saying there are other potential things that could have happened here.

What you're saying could be possible, but I opened 5 crystals at a time, and I counted the number of champ received after every open to keep track of things. And I have other alliance members and myself looked at the info in the general section where you can view what other alliance members got. 2 quicksilver were pop at the same time. So this wasn't a bug as you have suggested.
