BG champion switching on its own

I chose a champ twice and it got switched to a different champ both times. Game glitch or is this a cheat?

    I have had it happen when there is a brief disconnect. I press the button to lock in the pick and get the little “reconnecting” symbol and then it locks in different champs. That’s the only time I’ve seen that one though

    Thanks, so at worst my connection and not a cheat. That is encouraging.
