Hi

This is the first time I actually posting something since playing this game 5 years back.. why I post is because from being so happy playing battlegrounds to being so angry playing it currently with the new node on gladiator circuit.
I feel y'all gave the advantage to players that run suicides and made playing like myself who doesn't have it unlocked suffer.. consistent back to back defeats took away my fun from bgs and fill it with anger.
Please in the future try and be fair to every player that's enjoying the new game modes and not hurt them by giving other players more advantage

I agree with this but a question, don't your attackers gain a disadvantage by using suicides?

Bro defenders don't even take damage from recoiled also healing all the time from poison and bleed.. only damage they take is from crits and the AI is so messed up when you try to intercept or except the defender to dash towards you they don't they stand and wait to punch you in the face

It’s good because we all hate to hear the crying and moaning of such players.

Every time a "suicides" user posts a complaint about something not being suicides friendly (most weeks of BG, EOP, etc) they get ridiculed in forums, get no sympathy and are told multiple times that it is their choice on what masteries they run.

Now there is one week where suicides users aren't punished for that mastery setup in BG and non suicides users complain. Sorry, but much like when suicide users get no sympathy from nom suicide users, I have zero sympathy right now for non suicides users.

As mon suicides users tell suicide users frequently, you pick what masteries you use and unlock/invest in, no one forces you to not invest in or use this mastery setup.

Also, this was actually brilliant of Kabam as it got me (and I'm sure others) to do what had zero intention of doing. Which is to use the 1k units to get another roster/mastery setup in BG. Seeing that suicides users will now occasionally not always be punished in BG motivated me to spend the 1k units to have a suicides and non suicides setup ready for BG.

It's kinda funny because I use the Recoil Tree at all times yet inevitably came to the same conclusion this week and bought the extra deck slot as well. Just realized that I would need both options available to me to reach my desired level of success in BGs moving forward. Nick Fury EoP made me change Masteries so figured it was a good time to lock in a different Mastery setup.

How are we supposed to believe you lost because of what you said and not because of your skills?

Unlocking suicides is a one-off, buying the extra build is a one off. Zero issues with Battlegrounds here.

I have to ask: Where does one buy the extra mastery build? Is it only available in the Gladiator's circuit? I am still on the victory track...

You need to go to “champion deck” then tap the “decks” button at the bottom.

Sometimes the nodes will favor a particular mastery setup. Sometimes they won’t. There’s nothing wrong with either, that’s just the game. Masteries aren’t set in stone, so if you want to cash in on the favored setup for any given situation, you are welcome to do so.

The days of being either a fulltime suicides player or non suicides player have apparently come to an end. Our deck, masteries, strategies, and skills will be tested each new BGs meta.

I personally love this about the game mode. 😍

True..... But I was talking about attackers. They too have the same bleed, poison and recoil but aren't immune to it. Won't they lose too much health due to recoil? That's what I'm asking.

Yeah but you finish the fights much faster. So the advantage offsets the health loss

Pretty much this. I have zero sympathy when there are nodes anywhere that punish them, but when there are nodes that give them the advantage, I either turn them on myself (like I did for BGs this week) or just deal with being at a disadvantage.

No one should have an advantage or be punished 100% of the time regardless of their mastery choices. They're a choice for a reason.

Have I lost rounds because of that, yes. Have I won rounds because of it, harder to tell but likely also yes. I don't have an issue winning matches with them on although I not going to say I'm winning more matches because of them.
