Spotted dimension 6* awakening gem misleading correction

Hello Kabam, I lucked out and was chosen a 6* awakening gem on the last day of the spotted dimension rift, the problem is I was unaware that there was 2 paths to choose, one that leads to the 6* awakening gem and one that allows you to pick any other path, I mistakenly took the right hand path and now I can’t claim my 6* awakening gem, I was misled to think there was only one path, attached is where I currently am. Is there anyway Kabam can undo my move, this was a complete mistake, I am not going to move in hopes this can be corrected

    Submit a Support Ticket request.
    Provide those screenshots in the Support ticket. (instead of 4 different posts up here, support can NOT help you up here in Forum posts)

    And yes, don’t move off of it. **of course, if they end up not giving it to you, you will lose the ability to pick one of the other high profile choices, as it is may be about to come to an end today.
