Any uses for Taskmaster?

I just opened him from a 6* crystal. I'm curious to see if he has any uses, or which champs and nodes he can counter. Can anyone give me any info on this guy?

    Many people don't like taskmaster, as his damage is lackluster, but he has some useful utility.
    1. Debuffs get reduced potency every time one is applied, by 10% each, so after 10 debuffs, he becomes debuff immune.
    2. He has many ability accuracy reduction abilities, both defensive and offensive.
    3. In my opinion, very fun playstyle that can lead to some decent direct damage and AAR.
