Which mystic to R3?

Is Diablo worth R3 if not awakened? My other current mystic options would be Jane Foster, The Hood, Wong, Dr; Strange, and Sym Supreme. All are unduped. I do not run suicides currently and have SS as a maxed duped 5*.
