Platpool trade in accidentally pressed the button

I accidentally pressed the button. I haven't selected a piece yet. Is there any way I can have my original piece back without using my 1 trade in?

There's no way out of the selector. You can try opening a support ticket, and they might be able to reverse the trade.

Because the resulting purchase is not a random item, Kabam might be willing to reverse your transaction.

It's not like you bought a crystal, opened it, and didn’t like the random result.

To be fair, the ICON item being used to purchase it is rather small (even more so on a phone vs tablet), and might confuse a couple different body pieces. Except that further to the right, it does say how many you currently own (as an indicator you are about to spend the one you want to).

Filled one out around 5:30pm, been about 2 hours. Does anyone know if they work on support tickets on the weekends?
Unless I select a piece I can't play at all.

Kabam doesn't typically handle things on the weekends. As others have said, you can probably safely just choose a piece and kabam support can reverse the trade. Alternatively you can just choose the piece you traded and kabam support might be able to just re-enable the trade for you.
