Tech 6* to R3?

I'm extremely close to forming my first Tech Tier 5 Catalyst and I could do with some advice on which Tech 6* to R3 first.
My options are below.
I do have a 5* maxed out Warlock already, but I do frequently use both my 5 and 6* version simultaneously in AQ/AW/and general gameplay. So I wouldn't rule out ranking him up.
