NEW ALLIANCE QUEST REWARDS INSANE OR UNHELPFUL?!?!?!?

As most of you know by now, kabam is upping the ante with the alliance quests, (which were starting to get boring). My best champ is a 4/40 duped thor but I have a 5 star Star Lord that I only need 1 1/2 more tier 4 tech cats to rank to rank 3. Does this new update speed up my Star Lords rank up or is it just kabam trying to make there game more appealing with unhelpful updates? Vote, Comment and tell me what you think!
