Gladiators circuit and solo event rewards are different. The mail you got was for your gladiators circuit placement. You’re solo rewards are probably on the way.

rewards are issued by the server automatically; everyone gets them on a timing difference within 30 min to 1 hour depending on the server delay and stuff
