Where are my BG solo rewards?

I got my Battlegrounds Gladiators Circuit Rewards & Alliance Battlegrounds Rewards but i didn't received my Solo Rewards.

Please Kabam, when I'll receive my rewards. My whole ally got solo Rewards. 🙏
