Platinum pool exchange offer related

As a cavalier player I only see exchange offer of 6 star Platinum pool offer, whereas I can't find the 5 star Platinum pool exchange offer.

As uncollected player both offers available with lock on 6 star Platinum pools offer...

Can anyone look into it, I have some duplicate pics which I have to exchange to get at least a 5 star Platinum pool...
