Two 6*R3 rank up help need

I don't know which champion i should rank up. Here's the list and I can rank up two to r3.

Kingpin and Omega Red would be my choices, but Miles and Mr Fantastic, are also good choices, if a bit more niche.

The first very obvious choice imo is Kingpin. He's just a beast. My second choice would be Stryfe but that's because he's one of my favorite champs in the game. I know a lot of people don't like him so only rank him up if you enjoy his playstyle.

Toad and Cap Britain are also solid choices imo
