Unable to claim rewards even though objective is completed

I became Thronebreaker today and I had previously explored the event quest "Sea of Troubles" on cavalier difficulty. However I am unable to claim these rewards. What should I do?

You have to be TB (and thus get the objective to be available) *prior* to exploring Cav difficulty.

So you have to wait until next month to do that difficulty objective.

You can submit a ticket and ask for some help but I don't know if you'll get any
