When will relics prestige matter for AQ

Will the upcoming alliance prestige for Aq be calculated on combined prestige already? Or will there be a separate timeline for it.

Pretty sure Relics have been active with regards to Prestige for a few weeks now. Up until today everyone's Relic Prestige was just 0 and now it isn't.
