BGS wouldn't let me pick or ban or leave match

It was like I was frozen I couldn't do anything and it was very frustrating.
Anyone else have this problem or was it just me

i almost lost a match because it frozen on my picking my champ, almost exactly as it was over it unfroze and it selected the worst possible champ I had lmao
