R4 Rank up for Paragon?

I can finally become Paragon after my next R4 rank up. I already have Herc (sig 200) and Kitty (sig 60) as my two R4s. I run full suicides all the time so I'm actually looking for a suicide-friendly rankup

Main options are:
6* R3 AA sig 40,
6* R3 Apoc,
6* R3 Scorpion,
6* R3 Human Torch,
6* R3 Hit Monkey,
6* R3 Kingpin,
6* R3 Diablo,
6* R3 Doom sig 20,

I'm not targeting anything major right now.
