I personally have the same opinion about paying 250 units for Relics but there are people who already have Relic Prestige over 500. It is incredibly important to a small group of players who speak with their wallet. Not every offer is for everyone.

If you are not interested in them, don't collect them. No reason to have a fit about it.

I personally don’t care much about relics at the moment, but those at the top fighting the prestige war will. If those players want to spend money chasing relic prestige more power to them. There spending helps keep the game running.
