No booster packs showing on one of my accounts causing me to lose out on platinum pool!

I purchased the platinum package because was already close now i have all but left arm for the 6* and 2 chest pieces and when i went to trade in 2nd chest piece this morning i realized this account is even showing any of the booster packs at all! Completely hindering me and wasting more money because of bugs! Last week after bgs update my power meters disappeared causing me to get sp3d and die having waste revives,kabam did nothing except close ticket and say watch forums so i already got swindled out of them but this is to cut and dry! Im owed the missing arm piece and yous can either take my 2nd chest i wasnt able to trade in because of your missing content,or just add my 6* platinum pool.Their is no other solution!

@Kabam Miike , @Kabam Zibiit , any idea whats going on? My other 2 accounts showing it fine i even tried this account on my ipad(ios) and my android samsung galaxy and this is only one thats having this problem i dont get it? Except this is only one that it would help,coincidence….?
