Who should I rank up?

Hey :)
I’m having a really hard time moving on in the story and I’m stuck in book 1 act 5 chapter 1 :(
I can only rank up one champion so who would u recommend me to rank up in order to make my top 5 team stronger?
Should I rank up my 5* Human Torch/Apocalypse to rank 5 OR to rank up my 5* Cosmic Ghost Rider/Knull/Hyperion/Vision (Aarkus) to rank 4?

And regarding any of the options: what champion should I rank up (HT vs Apoc / CGR vs Hyperion vs Knull vs Vision Aarkus)

    I would rank CGR (R5). If you learn his rotations, he is very useful for content, where you are now, and even after.
    But out of all champs you mentioned, Hype, HT, Apoc and Knull are all really good, and you should rank all, when the time comes. You will have balanced set of champs with imunities, and different utility, and all of them are packed with damage.
