Incinerate Vanquishing Blow Again?

I thought it said this along with other status effect and S3 Vanquishing Blow events would not repeat

I was about to post this. They repeated medium attack, which is fine. But incinerate, again?

They are random, but will not repeat the last 2 that were active. Meaning this one was not going to be Medium Attack or Shock again.

But at least make sure all possible instances are covered first before repeating one.

It is good that the last 5 listed is out of picture. Everyone will be able to push for valor points easily for the rest.
