Mystic attackers gain a passive permanent prowess increasing special attack by 40% whenever they nullify a buff.
Max stack: 10

The problem is when using my RINTRAH with his neutralize it prevents the buff from activating. I would assume is the same as nullifying, but I don't gain the passive prowess tho.

HELP!?

    Neutralize is not the same as nullifying. Rintrah's neutralize reduces the ability accuracy of buffs by 100% (200% if you're fighting a cosmic champion). Nullify on the other hand, removes the buff once it has already triggered
