Will Kabam complete cyber reward ticket for players who didn’t read mail

I failed to read the mail for cyber weekend as I was too excited to check the store to see what rewards I could pick up. I spent 15k as a throne breaker to pick up enough mats to get my 3rd r4.

I still had 3k left over and wanted to buy the superior summoner bundle but can’t as I’m now in the paragon rewards.

Is kabam willing to complete tickets requested by summoners to go into their accounts and manually add in rewards provided they have enough units?

Doesn’t hurt to try, but I think this is very unlikely.

Probably NOT just manually add the rewards.

But you can try asking to UNDO your upgrade to Paragon. (Did you ONLY do a Rankup, or did you apply Level-ups too ? They have only allowed Unranking if you did not Levelup afterwards, and so long as you have not used the newly ranked up champ anywhere too)

That would allow you to continue the TB line of store purchases.
(*provided undo'ing your Paragon would also reset your store to how it was before upgrading, which could be a 2nd problem)
