War defenders

Hey I'm just looking for suggestions on who to upgrade as war defenders? In a week I'll be r4 rintrah. But who should I upgrade as good defenders?

You'll always find defenders like Skrulls, Hulklings, Havoks , Saurons, ManThings, Terrys etc.

Terrax, Super Skrull, Mangog. I suggest you rank up Shang Chi, Magneto, BWDO, Tigra, and Cmm: they're all excellent champions.
