I have enough to purchase the final 3k deal. I have an awakening gem and sigs for any of these champs. Who would be the best option? I'm a new Paragon and looking to explore Act 7 and 8.1.

You need champs for AW or BGs.
Decide keeping that in mind.
Act content won't give you trouble where you think you wish you had 'that champ'.
