Un-Awakened SKILL or TECH

Who is a good 6* SKILL or TECH to take to rank 3 unawakened and also does a good amount of offensive damage without having to “ramp up”.

    Kingpin, Hit-monkey, Ghost, Ultron. There are many more but it all depends on your definition of "ramp-up"

    Warlock, Ultron, nimrod, ghost (if you like the okay style and aren't used to the awakened ability benefit)

    Kingpin, moleman, shang chi, BWDO, Massacre,

    To name a few. All are perfectly fine unawakened, but get better with it.

    If warlock/nimrod or kingpin/shang-chi are in your list, those would be my top 2 in each class.
