Dexterity Rework

Hey kabam, I can't seem to understand why the precision you gain from dexterity isn't passive. Dexterity isn't exactly an optional mastery. The problem with the precision being a buff is you guys have created a bunch of nodes that punish you for gaining buffs that you can't avoid in most situations. Even if you adjust dexterity to have no precision whatsoever for the first point in the mastery that would work as well. I'm sure the community would appreciate that.

I don’t so mind it being a buff, but I hate that it is coded to make two buffs, you get one for dexing and when you hit it is replaced with another one instantly that is used up. It’s weird and doesn’t work well with some nodes
