Input issues absolutely out of control all of the sudden.

The input issues are always bad, but recently it's reached a new low. I have an iPhone 13 pro max and the newest Samsung (both on the newest OS.) It's unplayable on both. It really seems like a chronic terminal illness at this point. There are times when its a little bit less common, and times when it's flared up....but it's always pretty bad, and it's clear, after years, that ultimately there will never be a cure. No, this is not anyone confusing input issues with other bugs. This is parry, evade, and the game responding to all other inputs with incorrect timing.
