I think it's saying that you need to put something as Poll Option 1 before it will let you add another one.

I tried that too, but it didn't work

it does not work on android for me try using a laptop or pc

Sometimes needs to be running as Full Desktop Website in browser (not Mobile)

I face the same issue while opening polls
Just press that yellow "Save Poll" button
2nd option will open after that
