Any suggestions on who to upgrade?

Been trying to progress through Act 6.2 lately and looking to bring another 6 star to R2/5 star to R5, any opinions would be appreciated!

Apoc CapIW, and ghost are all good for act 6. Same with Captain Marvel (Movie) if she's awakened.
