Question regarding Quicksilver

To all those who are Quicksilver players and those who own Quicksilver... I have a question... can Quicksilver bypass labryinth and abyss damage cap? His damage is ridiculous even as a 3 star when ramped up. Can't wait to pull him as 5 and 6 star.

Yes he does. My R3 does around 900k burst from 199 whiplash. No suicides or boosts. I saw a video of a fully boosted R4 doing 2 million damage in abyss
