Juggs need awakening?

I’m currently eyeing bringing up my 6* r1 Juggs to be more than just a synergy player. He’s a nice add to Colossus, but I prefer to bring characters that do more than boost someone else. His buff certainly makes him intriguing as at least an r2. But does he need to be awakened and/or have high sigs?

not really. He has his big boy damage unduped.

At Sig 20, he has a 23.5% chance to nullify (assuming he is at 10 unstoppable buffs), so high sig is optional.

In my opinion, he is optimal: duped with 4/5 mystic dispersion and 3/3 willpower.
-His nullifies feed him power like crazy, so fast SP2's.
-For non-damaging debuff opponents, his weakness debuff plus the opponent debuff causes solid healing. Just use Parry/Heavy style until you have healed enough, then SP3 and fight normally.

Colossus synergy is icing on the cake.

How would you categorize his best usage? Haven't tried him out since his buff, and just recently pulled him myself.

General path clearer vs. mostly for buff heavy matchups vs niche (like Can't Stop Won't Stop Node)?
And if he is for buff heavy matchups, what makes him standout compared to the other Mystics?
