Account was Comprimised

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this thread. So recently I got back into MCOC after a break, and tried to log and it it said account info was incorrect. So I contacted support, and they said someone changed all my information. I have never given anyone my info ever. Support keeps asking verification questions which I answer to the best of my ability, and they keep saying it’s wrong, when it’s really not. I’m getting pissed off now, I’ve been fighting with Kabam for around a week now trying to recover it. Please do not tell me we cannot discuss on the forums. I’m coming here due to the fact that support is entirely unhelpful.

if the security question is wrong then its wrong. Not much they can do. For all they know you could be someone trying to gain access to a account that doesn't belong to you. They aren't omniscient.

I understand, but when all the information is correct except for like the creation date for example, they should know that it’s me.

Also, i know the information I am giving is correct, because I’ve contacted in the past.

I had them keep telling me that the information I was giving was wrong even though I successfully gave it to them in the past. Finally I sent them a screen shot of my purchase history showing the day I downloaded the game and fist purchase. They apologized for being wrong and proceeded to help me. Good luck

I know I was not the only one having this problem. It’s getting annoying.
