First batch of 7 stars prediction (veteran version)

I know how disappointing it looks, but back in the day when they released the first batch of 5 and 6 stars, you should possibly know how true it is. Btw, it’s based on my 6-year old gaming experience. Thoughts?

    Of course they will. The whales and prestige chasers will open these regardless of who is in them

    Too many champs that are good(ish) unduped. Where's OG Daredevil, where's Aegon? No Air-Walker or Electro? Not enough of those champs stink on ice to make a Kabam cut.

    You probably were not around when 6*s first came out. To say they were very lackluster as a whole is an understatement. Easily the best of the 6*s upon initial introduction was Angela and that was before her buff.

    I'm sure op is thinking along those lines, but honestly (and I hope I'm wrong) I think he's being generous in his predictions.

    You are saying that will be the entire pool of 7s champs?

    Seriously doubt that. Not if they want players to eagerly go for this rarity.

    @Chatterofforums you are correct in your assumption. I downloaded the game April ‘18 and only got serious after “Gwenpool goes to the movies” gave me my first 2 5* in August. Oh, the memories…

    Back to our subject, I see no reason to try to acquire any 7* , beyond the bragging rights, if they choose the same approach this time around. Let’s see…

    The original group of 5*s had Star Lord who was one of the best champs in the game at the time. The original pool of 6*s was:
    Storm, Karnak, Captain America WWII, Juggernaut, Gamora, Yondu, Deadpool (X-Force), Kingpin, Red Hulk, Loki, Angela, Nebula, Cable, Winter Soldier, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, King Groot, Green Goblin, Beast, Daredevil (Classic), Yellowjacket, Thor (Jane Foster), Black Bolt and Rocket Racoon.

    I think OPs list is pretty fair.

    where is my cyclops... this list is invalid till both of them are added to it lol

    Jokes apart, but that list might have a spidey on science, and one highlighted champion which makes us target, even may be nostalgic champs like blade or may be a Wolverine,
    Other than that this is what we can predict for the first release

    I doubt there will be anybody past year 1 until the newest release is added. They have, in the past, added them in order, only skipping over those they had plans to nerf, like scarlet witch, and thor and a handful of others they held out because they were too OP for the new "ramp up" meta.
    I predict Thor will suddenly get a rework nerf between now and the 7* release. Or someone will be released with a synergy that is too op and rather than fix the synergy they will "fix" Thor.

    Tbh that’s not far off a 30% win rate if that was the list..
    Cable, Hood, P2099, Doc, Wasp, Gwen. Hulk is getting buffed, HtD is popular, I actually like Gwenpool and WS.

    The cosmics are all fairly decent pulls too tbh.
