Blackwidow DO or Titania?

I can take one of these to R3. Neither are awakened and I've already got a strong skill and science roster so that isn't an issue. I've just been hearing good things about titania recently.

    Personally, I’ve only used Titania as 4* and BW DO as one of my very first ever 4*. Recently pulled BW DO as 5*. I like both. That said, I like BW DO more. I’d lean her, but can’t go wrong either way.
