yo kabam I brought the cyber monday offer from store cost 30 but next day says 4399 units red negative why I didn't do any refunds or brought any units so why does it say I have this amount and cost me $50 dollars to remove it oks help

Negative Units results when after making a real-money purchase for Units or other purchases using money, and then you (or your parents, seeing a charge on their account) request your credit card, etc, to issue you a refund for such money.
You have to go thru Kabam for any Refunds, if you have NOT used any of the items received, so that you can basically “return” the Units and other Items when they issue you your money refund.
Going thru you credit card, etc, to get credit card company to refund your money (instead of game) means you’re still benefitting by keeping both the items plus your money. So Kabam require you to make that up to them before being able to continue as normal with Units going forward.
