Hood without dupe

I was thinking about R3 Hood. I only hear good stuff about him, and I would like to R3 him for BG, but how does dupe affect his funcionality?

The main thing is that it's nice to have the stun immunity whilst invisible. Which is useful, but niche.

Beyond that, the Power Steal is nice to have, but far too unreliable to use for actual Power Control. So he's not worth any Sig Stones even if he is Awakened.

He's got all his core functionality (and damage) without being Awakened. And the Stagger/Fate Seal ability is tailor-made for this seasons buff-heavy meta. As long as you aren't fighting Galan...

I'd go for it if I were you. And be sure to put some points in Mystic Dispersion, if you haven't already.
