Wiccan bug is back and it just cost me an attack bonus

My alliance is trying to make a final push and are in a close war right now, where we need to win the next two wars to secure the tier we are aiming for, so every attack bonus is important. I go in to take a wiccan mini with scorpion, easy fight, i enter the fight, hit wiccan three times and the game immediately crashes and costs me an attack bonus. This wiccan bug has been going around for MONTHS and it still isnt fixed and now isnt just effecting me but my whole alliance because of kabams issues. How is stuff like this still effecting us kabam, i get the input issues is a tough thing to fix completely but surely fix the stupid little bugs to keep us happy in the meantime.
