Account isn’t thronebreaker but can still purchase thronbreaker daily card and can’t trade the tickets in. Tried submitting a request in support but it wouldn’t let me saying email was invalid

You can't trade in the tix until you become Throne breaker!

You can collect the TB cards but cannot cash them in until you become TB just like @LBN1 said.
