Lost account

I got back into MCOC after some time, and I forgot the login. I emailed support and they kept giving me “answer the security questions” I do, and they reply with the copy paste “that information is not correct” when I LITERALLY HAVE the information in front of me. Please help me, the account is worth a lot.
