why does Angela with a crown of 200 (35% reduction) and 5 buffs (175% reduction in debuff time) have blood on the right branch of the sun? it was supposed to end instantly.

If you’re talking about AW then it’s probably because the defender is running deep wounds. Angela can only reduce the base duration to 0%. Then there the extra duration that comes from the deep wounds mastery
