Gorr Regen Bugged?

So just fought Gorr with Valkerie and he started stacking regen whenever she inflicted instant bleed.

But his notes say 'inflicted with a damaging debuff' but no debuff?

Pretty sure an instant bleed counts as a bleed debuff for the the purposes of Gorrs regen.

It's the same line of thought where rintrah neutralize affects s99 who is immune to buffs. The issue with it is he has an ability for when a buff triggers where he pauses debuffs for 5 seconds. So buff triggers, then pauses debuffs, and then immunity to buff triggers. However rintrah prevents the buff trigger which prevents the pausing debuffs.

Same is true with instant bleed. If it wasn't a debuff, it would bypass bleed immunity which is not good. An instant bleed still counts as a bleed debuff.

its an instant bleed so kinda acts as a very very quick bleed debut p much, but yh it doesn't trigger masochism for example but ig it does with Gorr lol
