AQ comp rewards / is it OK now to move alliances?

I appreciate its still Wednesday / and am hoping this question is overcome by events / the rewards go out before I can hit post.
But in the event things are still taking some time: is the analysis joining all the data together to generate the AQ compensation rewards sufficiently far enough that it is safe for people to switch alliances and still receive them?
With AW rewards out, this round of AQ cycle about to end, the 7 day window for BG approaching Monday, and the deadline to join alliances for gifting points coming up shortly: I am sure people want to do any moves over the next day or two, and it would be really nice if this wasn't something holding the recruiting process up.
