Best champs for antman relic?

Just pulled a 5* antman relic and was wondering does it benefit only the power sting applying champs or any champ? Which champs are the best options?

    Yellowjacket also have power sting so he works but ham is a better champ. Just wondering if Scorpion can benefit as well. Can anyone tell me? Thanks.

    Does it matter whom you bind the Ant-man relic to? Doesn’t it just give power sting ability to any Science champs? Or do Ham and YJ get extra benefits from the relic?

    It inflicts a single power sting when you use the striker, but it also boosts the potency of all power stings so a champion that can inflict them naturally will benefit more
