Joe fixit SP1

I used to be able to dex last few bullets of joe fixit's sp1 but now when I try to dex his sp1's last few bullets I get hit all the time. Do I really misremember dexing his sp1 like cable's sp1? or is something else going on here?

I mean Cable’s got nerfed so you can’t dex it anymore

still a stupid change imo, but nothing of the sort had happened to Joe.

You can still dex out of cable's sp1, before the change you could dex out waay earlier, after the change you can still dex out but very close to the end of his bullets and this was the case against joe fixit for me. I could always dex out of his last 1-2 bullets and punish him with a medium but now I can't dex out of it, I just get hit if I try to.

Yeah I was playing against him in Cav EQ yesterday and got clipped twice. I just assumed it was me dexing earlier but seems I'm not the only one

My guess is that this is the same thing affecting Hood’s invisibility and what’s fixed Dragon Man’s unstoppable bug.

Seems like the alteration to the dexing/dashing back has changed a few more things than expected.

Also omega sentinel acting all crazy too. When you dex or parry she suddenly looses all of her armor ups and puts and incinerate debuff on the opponent which shouldn't happen when you dex or parry. What a crazy way to end the year with whole ton of new bugs.

You really need to check this out kabam team. There is a lot of bugs going on with champions when dex or parry. You can't dex some specials anymore. If this was intended a little heads up would've been nice.

I’m noticing it as well, I can’t dex the final couple of hits of his SP1, which I could do before the update. Makes fighting him more annoying since that block damage adds up quick.

Sooo It's been 10 days, omega sentinel still broke, joe fixit sp1 last hits still undexable, hood got screwed and said he is working as "intended" now. Still no acknowledgement from the team about joe fixit undexable sp1 and omega sentinel being broke. I checked and they are not even on that "MCOC: Community Bugs and Issues Tracker" thing. This must be a bug unless OS and joe fixit sp1 working as "intended" now.

Dexing is broke, parrying sometimes still doesn't work and we all kinda accepted these input issues. Because it's been more than a year so the team can't do their job on this subject but at least stop adding more bugs that breaks characters on defense or offense.

As muscle memory I still try to dex last few hits on joe fixit's sp1. This bug cost me some BG matches. People who are aware of this bug using it as an exploit to peoples muscle memory for weeks since the last update he got broke. With the last weeks power gain on block in BG, joe fixit's sp1 was a great way to gain power. He was already a good defender for this week, with the bug it basically is that you loose a lot of health if you try to dex and since you can't dex, it's almost an instant sp3 or very close to sp3 after a single sp1. You get punished for trying to play the game same as the last 8 years.

They fixed OS but Joe fixit sp1 still broken and undexable. Are they not going to do anything about it ?? Being able to dex the last hits and punish is still broken and he hits you if you try to dex the last hits.

You can’t dex the final couple of bullets like you used to be able to. If you try to dex at the end of the special, your champ will just let their block down and get hit

Its the same way when they changed cables sp1. Used to be you could block first portion and dex out at the end. Not anymore.

It happened at the same time as the dragon man nerf, some people assumed they made changes to hit boxes to stop him from regenerating while dexing. This change might have affected dexing those specials. This was never confirmed though.

I think this is part of Kabam new shady moves and tweaks to champs and AI< possibly trying to get players to spend more time and money in the game

You were never able to dex the whole special (except with special champs like nightcrawler), you could dex the final few bullets of his and agent venom, falcon, and war machines SP1. The issue is that’s not possible now. I just tested it and I’m getting stuck in the block animation when I try to dex

The hit box of his bullets didn't reach the end of the screen (think Air Walker SP2 or Diablo SP2) which in fairness was not consistent with the animation. If you were at the far left of the screen you just wouldn't get hit at all and didn't even need to dex or block.

Yes exactly this for cable and also for the people that are still saying this happened to cable before; You can still dex out of cable's sp1's last bullets.

BTW guys I made this post in december and it has been 2 months now and still not even an acknowledgement about this change. They broke those characters in december update and stayed silence. I didn't even realize that war machine and agent venom also got affected as others saying right now. I only noticed this change in joe fixit.

Maybe some youtubers can be able to make our voice heard. @RichTheMan sorry to tag you but kabam is silence for the past 2 months. This bug or change, if a bug still not even on the trello, is just ignored and messing with our muscle memory. Kabam needs to take a look into this. Also I'm from Turkey and in your last videos you mentioned the earthquake, thank you for your kind words.

Watch at 45:15 - 45:18 to see how it was working before DECEMBER and try to do it with your joe fixit by practicing. They broke him and still they are silent!
